Almond Butter and Jelly Smoothie from Simple Green Smoothies

When to Introduce: 12+ months (Consult your pediatrician about the introduction of nuts into your child’s diet)

2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups red grapes
2 bananas
4 tablespoons almond butter


Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.

*Freeze your grapes overnight to chill this green smoothie.

Fills 6-8 Pouches

Stars:  Almond butter is rich in antioxidants and a great source of protein! Spinach is high in calcium and bananas contain potassium and fiber and are high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin B2.
