Stars: Yogurt is a great source of protein! Raspberries contain significant amounts of antioxidants and have one of the highest fiber contents of any fruit. Also, Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acid, high in fiber, and a good source of iron, calcium, and other minerals.
