Raspberry Chia Yogurt

When to introduce: 12 months (check with your pediatrician)

Stars: Yogurt is a great source of protein! Raspberries contain significant amounts of antioxidants and have one of the highest fiber contents of any fruit. Also, Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acid, high in fiber, and a good source of iron, calcium, and other minerals.

Ingredients:
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1/4 cup frozen raspberries (thawed)
1 tsp chia seeds

Directions:
1. Add chia seeds and raspberries to yogurt.
2. Stir thoroughly to make sure raspberries are blended well into the yogurt.
3. Pour into pouch and enjoy!

Servings: Fills about 2 Pouches
