When to introduce: 12+ months (check with your pediatrician)
Stars: Peanut butter is a great source of protein and healthy fats. Bananas contain potassium, fiber, and are high in Vitamin C, B6, and B2. Spinach is a great source of Calcium and contains Vitamin A, Iron and Selenium.
*note: be sure to use homemade almond milk and natural peanut butter and cocoa powder to keep this a Real Food recipe.
Directions:
1. Add milk first and then pile in the spinach
2. Add the rest of the ingredients on top and blend until smooth
