Avocado Pear Smoothie

When to introduce: 6-8 months (check with your pediatrician)

Stars: Avocado is full of healthy fats and is often called nature's perfect food. Coconut milk is high in lauric acid (als0 found in breast milk). Pears are high in fiber, potassium and Vitamin C.

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe pear
1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup coconut milk

Directions:
1. In a high-speed blender combine the ingredients.
2. Blend the ingredients together on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into Little Green Pouch
4. Serve immediately or chill until later use.

 

Servings: Fills about 2 Pouches

Hi there. Thanks for these great recipes. Im just wondering how long these will last in the fridge or freezer? Id like to try to make them in bulk like when I made baby food.
