When to Introduce: 8 months, but check with your pediatrician.
Stars: Coconut milk is rich in phosphorus, an essential nutrient that the body needs for strengthening bones. Flax is high in omega-3 oils.
Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk
2 cup oat milk
2 bananas
3 cups frozen fruit
5 tbs coconut oil
4 tbs flax meal
1 tbs lemon juice
Directions: Whip in Blender. Add Rice Dream if too thick. Freeze. When ready to enjoy, thaw in warm water, or in the sun by the pool.
Servings: Fills a bunch of Little Green Pouches :)
Notes: Will keep up to 3 months in the freezer.
