When to Introduce: 6 months (always check with your pediatrician)
Stars: Oats are high in fiber, calcium, protein and even some B vitamins. Sweet potatoes are high in Vitamin A and beta carotene as well as potassium
1/2 cooked sweet potato
1 cup oats
2 cups coconut milk (or liquid of your choice)
1. Add pear, banana, and sweet potato to blender and puree (add a small amount of liquid as need to blend)
2. In a medium pot, bring coconut milk to simmer. Add oats and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until oats are almost finished (5-10 minutes).
3. Add banana, pear and sweet potato puree
4. Fill pouches and serve or store.
Servings: Fills 6 pouches
