When to Introduce: 12 months (always check with your pediatrician)
Stars: Tomatoes and bell peppers are good sources of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. And if you add the optional flax seed you'll get a good dose of fiber.
1/2 green bell pepper
1 tsbp flax seed (optional)
Directions: Puree everything together. Sometimes this ends up way too watery, and the little one needs some fiber, so I toss in a tbsp of flax seed, which helps gel things together a bit more and adds some fiber to her diet!
Servings: Fills about 1-2 Little Green Pouches
