We are excited to announce that Lauren Spurchise of Bloggy Moms has contributed to our recipe page. Lauren prepares great recipes for the entire family – “Mommy, Daddy and Baby.” We love this approach to cooking, and you’ll see it in her Baked Quinoa e Fagioli with Veggies for the Whole Family. Lauren “kind of stumbled on this meal when [she] was making dinner the other night.” Her plan was to make one of her family’s favorites, Pasta Fagioli. However, when she opened the pantry, there was no pasta. She decided to try quinoa instead, and the results were delicious. Lauren says parents and little ones ready for finger food can eat the dish as is, and little ones 8+ months can eat it as a puree in their Little Green Pouch.
