Mom Mackenzie submitted this great recipe she makes for Ella (3 ½). Mackenzie says Ella “will eat ANYTHING out of a squeezy pouch (or via a smoothie).” She told us that “[r]ecently it was tofu, squash, banana and coconut milk! Wow!!” We had to ask for that recipe, and here it is:

When to Introduce: 12 months (always check with your pediatrician)
Stars: Coconut milk is rich in phosphorus, an essential nutrient that the body needs for strengthening bones. Tofu is a great source of protein.
Coconut milk (or other desired liquid)
Directions: Blend until desired consistency is reached.
