When to Introduce: 6+ months without spices (always check with your pediatrician)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (we prefer homemade)
1/4 cup peaches
1/4 cup unsweetened homemade applesauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
dash of ginger
1/2 cup plain yogurt (we prefer full-fat)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved.
Servings: Fills about 3-4 Little Green Pouches
Stars: Peaches are high in Vitamins A and C and contain a good amount of fiber. Pumpkin is high in Vitamin A, potassium and beta carotene.
