Blackberry Jam Smoothie

When to introduce: 8-10 months (check with your pediatrician)

Stars: Blackberries are among the top-ranked antioxidant-rich fruits. Blueberries are high in antioxidants and they also contain fiber, Vitamin A and C. Blueberries are also thought to be cholesterol reducers. Papayas are a good source of fiber, folic acid and also contain Vitamin A, C, and E.

Ingredients:

1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup papaya, cubed
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to your blender
2. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy 
(Some blenders may require that you add a little bit of water to help 
blend the ingredients)
3. Pour and enjoy

Servings: Fills about 2 Pouches
