Cherry-Acai Berry Smoothie

When to introduce: 12-18 months (check with your pediatrician)

Stars: Cherries are high in calcium and strawberries are a great source of Vitamin C. Acai berries are a good source of fiber as well as high in antioxidants. 


1/2  of a ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen cherries 
1/2 cup frozen strawberries 
1 scoop acai sorbet or acai pouch
1 cup ice
Approximately 4 oz fresh pressed apple juice or liquid of your choice

1. Add all the ingredients to your blender
2. Blend until smooth

Servings: Fills about 3-4 Pouches
