When to introduce: 8-10 months (check with your pediatrician)
Stars: Broccoli is very high in Vitamin C and is a great source of soluble fiber. Oranges are also high in fiber and Vitamin C. Bananas are loaded with potassium as well.
1. Purée all ingredients in food processor to desired consistency. Add milk or yogurt to thin out the mixture as needed.
2. Pour into Little Green Pouch
3. Seal and label
4. Store in fridge or freezer
Servings: Fills about 4 Pouches

Thanks for this recipe! I tried making it this morning. I found I needed to add a bit of water for it to puree well. (My little one is not quite 11 months, so I wasn’t sure about adding milk.) I also added yogurt. My banana was probably not quite ripe enough because I didn’t get the sweetness I thought there would be. I’ll keep experimenting with it. Thanks!

Should the oats be raw rolled oats? Can I use steel cut? Uncooked? Not sure how this works. Thx!
