Carrot, Apple, and Strawberry Smoothie

When to Introduce: 10-12 months (always check with pediatrician)

Ingredients:

¾ cup carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup apple (honeycrisp, pink lady, gala, fuji) or one apple; peeled and chopped
1 cup strawberries; cut
½ banana; peeled and cut
⅓ cup orange juice

Directions: 

Blend all of the ingredients in your blender until smooth. Keep cool in refrigerator until ready to eat.

Servings: Fills 2 pouches 

Stars: This recipe is loaded with stars! Carrots are very high in beta carotene & Vitamin A. Strawberries are high in Vitamin C, fiber and folate. Bananas contain potassium and fiber and are high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin B2
