When to introduce: 8-10 Months (check with your pediatrician)
Stars: Pears are high in fiber and contain a fair amount of vitamins C, K, B2, B3, and B6. Pears are also easy on baby's tummy. Cranberries are high in antioxidants and ginger helps with digestion.

2 lbs Bartlett pears
1/3 cup fresh cranberries
2 tsp. freshly grated ginger (great for taste and digestion)
1 cup water
Servings: Fills about 4-6 Pouches

the recipe calls for 2 lbs pears. In the video Charlotte says 1 lbs. What should I go for?

I used 4 pears and reduced the ginger to 1tsp because it seemed a little strong. My 11 month old loves it! It made 6 pretty full pouches.
