Cantaloupe Twist On-the-Go Smoothie

When to introduce: 10-12 months (check with your pediatrician) Note: read this for information on pineapple and other acidic fruits. 

Stars: Cantaloupe is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and even Calcium. Melons are a healthy and nutritious fruit option for your little one. Soothing and watery, full of beta carotene, melons are sure to be one of baby's favorite foods.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh cantaloupe chunks
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 medium-large carrot (cut into chunks)

Directions:
1. In a high-speed blender combine the ingredients.
2. Blend the ingredients together on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into Little Green Pouches using the funnel.
4. Serve immediately or chill until later use.

Can I freeze this food in a pouches? Or I need add lemon or something like that. How long during in the fridge ? Thank you for your time.
