Broccoli and Pear Puree

When to introduce: 8+ months (check with your pediatrician)

Stars: Broccoli is very high in Vitamin C and is a great source of soluble fiber.  Pears are high in fiber, potassium and Vitamin C, and are also a great fruit to offer as a remedy to help alleviate baby's constipation. 

2 cups broccoli
2 Pears


1. Roast in oven for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

2. Puree and enjoy!


Servings: Fills approximately 3 Pouches

Hi Erin and Shea – these will stay fresh as long as they would in any other air-tight container. You can also freeze the pouches. Erin – they should be kept in the fridge for freshness, just like you would with any other puree.
